What are your hours of operation?
We are open to the public by reservation only. We are unable to accommodate visitors who arrive without purchasing tickets in advance.
Where are you located?
We are located in Agua Dulce, California off the 14 freeway in the Santa Clarita Valley. Our exact address is sent to you in an email confirmation when you make a reservation.
I can't find your phone number. Can someone call me?
We are family owned and operated and have a limited number of employees on staff, making phone communication difficult to coordinate (we're usually outside with the animals!) If you need to reach us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I interact with the animals?
We have several tours and experiences to choose from! Please note the age restrictions where applicable.
What animals will I be able to interact with?
You can find a list of our animals on our site. For the safety of our animals and our guests, the animals you interact with will be at the discretion of your tour guide.
How do I make reservations for an event?
Visit our site and navigate to the Visit Us page. The days that are highlighted on the calendar are the only days with public events. Click the event of your choosing to purchase tickets. Dates that are not highlighted are not available for public events, and our calendar is only updated a month in advance.
If there aren't enough tickets available on the date you choose, please send an email to email@example.com.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our small facility relies largely upon admission to our tours and events, and we are rarely able to fill vacancies left by last-minute cancellations. Because of this, we are unable to make any exceptions to the following:
- There is a 7 day cancellation policy for public tours and events. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no later than 7 days before your scheduled tour or event. There will be no refunds or reschedules after 7 days before your scheduled tour or event.
- There is a 14 day cancellation policy for private tours, events, and parties. There is a 50% deposit when scheduling a private experience. All cancellations or reschedules must be made no later than 14 days before your scheduled private tour, event, or party. Your 50% deposit will become non-refundable after that date.
- Because the weather can be unreliable and there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances, we will occasionally have to cancel a tour. All tours cancelled by Animal Tracks are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
I'd like to bring some treats for the animals. What can I bring?
Produce is great! Favorites are: grapes, apples, oranges, bananas, avocado, cucumber, broccoli, yams, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, lettuce, green beans, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and pomegranates.
Our animals also love wheat bread, rice cakes, and plain (unsalted) nuts, and yogurt in small cups.

What does a private educational event include?
When you schedule a private event, you'll experience all of the same incredible animal interactions you'd expect at one of our public tours, but only your party will be a part of it!
How much does a private educational experience cost?
Private Ranch Tour (13+ only)
Parties of 1-4: $100 per person
Parties of 5-8: $90 per person
Parties of 9 or more: $85 per person
Private Monkey Experience (16+ only)
$100.00 per person

Do you offer school assemblies?
We offer a one of a kind, educational show your students are sure to remember! We take 10 of our amazing animals to your school for a fun and exciting assembly.

I'd like to propose at the ranch. Is that possible?
Absolutely! Animal Tracks is the perfect engagement spot, and we'd love to help you plan your perfect proposal. Our Romance at The Ranch experience includes a private two hour tour plus the expert help of two of our trainers. Pricing starts at $150 per person. Please contact us for more information.
How can I donate to Animal Tracks?
A list of our daily needed donations can be found on our website. We encourage donations of produce to be brought the day of your event. We also accept and appreciate monetary donations of all sizes. Animal Tracks Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
What is the minimum to volunteer?
16 for high school students looking to complete community service hours. 18 for general public.
