At Animal Tracks Sanctuary, every rescue comes with a story—and today, we are overjoyed to share a great chapter in Mayhem’s journey with us!
When Mayhem, our beautiful serval, arrived at the sanctuary, we were deeply concerned about a tumoral mass the vet had discovered. Thanks to your generous support, we were able to send her to the vet for a thorough evaluation. The results? The best outcome we could have hoped for!
The mass was not cancerous—it turned out to be an infected mammary gland! Our vet successfully drained the fluid and located the infected duct, and Mayhem is now on antibiotics to ensure a smooth recovery. And as an added success, we were able to spay her!
This is an enormous relief for all of us. Mayhem has been through so much, and now she can focus on healing, settling in, and truly thriving in her new forever home.
What’s Next for Mayhem?
With her health on the mend, we are beyond excited to introduce Mayhem to our resident servals, Monzo and Mischief. Our hope? That she and Mischief may just be a perfect match! While we can’t predict how their relationship will unfold, we’ll be watching closely as they get to know each other. Who knows? A new serval love story might just be in the making!

Thank You for Making This Possible
We cannot express enough gratitude to everyone who donated to help cover Mayhem’s vet bills. Your generosity gave her the best chance at a healthy and happy future.
Stay tuned as we continue to share Mayhem’s journey—and hopefully, some adorable serval introductions soon!
Keep the World Wild,
The Animal Tracks Team
